"The room was clean. The room was set up for ADA, which we did not need. The bed was very low to the floor which made it hard to get out and stand up. I have stayed in ADA rooms before, but not like this one."

"We stayed for UTK graduation weekend. It was far enough away to be 1/3 of the price of being right in Knox and only about 20 mins out. It was clean and nice but no real frills. The pool looked nice but a bit small. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of actual food items."

"Our room was clean and the breakfast plentiful. The staff are friendly. Those are the positives. Our room should not have been rented. The walls were significantly water stained, The carpet was worn, torn and stained and the curtains were stained. The beds and bedding had been replaced and were fairly comfortable. It looked like they had started a renovation on this room and then stopped and rented it for the graduation season. There was no way to adjust the thermostat. The air did work, we just had to turn it off when we got cold. We asked for a different room (3 times) for a 3 night stay and were told that they were sold out and to ‘check back’ to see if a different room became available. Since we prepaid through Expedia we seemed to be stuck. I have never stayed in a room in such poor repair. I will think twice about pre paying and staying at any Radisson. I do not recommend staying at this one."

"It’s relatively inexpensive, and you get what you pay for. It’s a bit dated and the was a musty smell whenever i entered my room. Having a kitchenette was useful. Laundry was paid via credit card so no need to bring fists full of quarters. I was traveling alone so it was adequate for my needs. If the little lady was with me, i guarantee we would have been looking for another place to stay."
