“Best stay we have had so far on all our visits to Marrakesh over the years. The complex is surrounded by the most beautiful well kept lush gardens which added to the whole relaxed feel of the hotel. Of course it’s remote, but most are, however I feel that’s better so you can dip in and out of the busy sights and Medinas if you want and free shuttle anyway or cheap taxis all day. I had decided not to return to Morocco a couple of years ago but Barcelo has completely changed our minds and will……

“Personalen i receptionen och frukostrestaurangen/poolrestaurangen var verkligen oengagerade och hade NOLL servicekänsla! Frukosten var ingen höjdare, fick ofta fråga efter saker. Vi ville inte äta på hotellet på kvällen pga personalen och mörk/dyster känsla där inne. Poolområdet var okej men poolen var inte så ren och som sagt så var personalen inga glädjespridare direkt. Rummen var inte heller jättefräscht, handdukarna var trådiga längs kanterna och hårblåsen var av förkrigsmodell (men vår……
