“When we got there the door was locked after given the keypad code. Had to wait in over 100 degree weather for a locksmith to come. The listing states AC but the unit was locked and was over 80 degrees inside. After messaging the host about being locked out, he didn’t respond to the inside temperature so I had to go by a fan because it was so hot inside and 1 bedroom did not have one. If the u it was cleaned, it was very rushed. There was hair all over the towels, hands cuffs on the doors, the……

“There are a few aspects of the apartment that are nice (location and comfortable beds), but unfortunately it is well worn and needs much improvement. It was not a comfortable place to be in given issues below. Brownish water dripped from the ceiling above the toilet in the back bathroom directly on and around the toilet, creating a large puddle on the floor and making the toilet not usable. Other items that should be addressed for future guests include a sink in the same bathroom that does not……

“Perfect location for a couple. The street noise could be loud at times as there is a restaurant/bar across the street, but a small price to pay for the convenience of shops and excellentrestaurants. We did not have a car as we were visiting family very nearby but parking can be challenging at peak hours. City Center is walkable but Ubers and public transportation are readily available. So many things to see in and around Philly, so at least spend a day walking to the city or around the area. The……
