The staff were great during check-in & arranging dinner & breakfast for us. The Inn’s location very close to Route 5 was very convenient. The grounds are lovely & will even be better when the resurfacing of the inn is completed.

The location is beautiful and convenient! The room was cozy and comfortable, we really liked how soft the bed was and the bedding was great as well. Great forest views right from the room, staff was kind and the free breakfast was nice! Would stay again!

Although our stay at the Inn was a very short 12 hours, we found it to suit our needs nicely. The room was clean, well equipped with a very nice updated bathroom. The best part of our stay was Aaron. He was amazing with his many communications with us, his helpfulness with restaurant suggestions, and all around personal care for our stay. The Inn is fortunate to have Aaron on their staff.

The setting is beautiful, secluded and calm the room is amazing with the deck to sit outside and sip coffee, Very easy check in breakfast was such a treat and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Definitely would stay again

Though just 1 mile off the interstate, we felt like we were way off the path, surrounded by forest. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. The staff was very accommodating, especially since we had flight and traffic delays that delayed our arrival time past our expected arrival time.

It was a pleasure staying at The Inn at Shasta Lake. The premises are very well maintained inside and outside. The room was spotless, and the staff members were extremely helpful and respectful. On top of that, the management and the staff keep their word and promises - a quality you can rarely find these days,if at all. I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed in the Woodpecker room. It was very clean and had its own private terrace. You can hear the interstate and the trains when sitting on the terrace, but it didn't bother us. It was very quiet inside the room at night. Breakfast was excellent. Bed was also great. We slept very well. We stayed for one night and found it a nice change from the usual motel or hotel rooms; it was ideal for our stopover.

GREAT PLACE! Staff was great to work with and communicated directly with me with details about my stay. The room was perfect. I ordered an evening meal and it was delivered to my door. Breakfast was included and I filled out a form with breakfast selections and gave that to the staff. Breakfast was delivered to my room at the time I requested and was delicious and exceeded my expectations. I would stay here again.

The location was convenient and tranquil. Off the highway but not too far to make it inconvenient. We booked two rooms and both were very comfortable and very clean. The staff were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast that is included with your stay was well prepared and the presentation was very good. We highly recommend this inn if you’re driving this way and need a great overnight stop on your way north or south.
