“Starting with the lovely Mrs. Kim, who greeted me at the hotel with a smile and, considering my request for a quiet room, met my expectations exactly. The ever-smiling Caleb and the cheerful Amber were always ready to help and ensured coffee was always available. Finally, the manager, Juan, was the right person for the job. This man seems to never sleep because he's always available and always on hand. There's probably nothing he can't handle. Bravo, it's a shame you can't find such a team……
