"Stunning property. A beautiful and serene eco wellness resort type. The staff were incredible and everything was seamless and easy including use of their free shuttle. "Mind blowing. Nicest hotel room we have ever stayed in. We stayed atop in room 405, and we had 3.5 private onsens (one inddor hot, one outdoor hot, one indoor cold, and one outdoor foot bath) plus a sauna. And a kitchen w/ bbq. And a projector. And the largest TV I have ever seen. ANd.... Just magical. Can stay here without a car too: just use bus/train. Roads are dangerous, so find the hidden paths if you can (e.g., there is a super charming path hidden behind the nearby train station to across the street from the hotel, that is even lit up at night). A pleasant walk to the Hakone Open Air Museum (~20 min or so) and the Ropeway. So good, so good...."
