"Great stay! Checked in super late and asked for a later checkout and the front desk staff had no problem with that. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was great, bigger than most, very comfortable king size bed. Linens were quality and very comfortable and clean. Everything was five stars. I’ll definitely stay here again! Didn’t get to take a dip in the pool or the hot tub but I will next time. No doubt both are great!"

"The front desk gentleman was amazing ,very patient &kind I absolutely appreciated being greeted so nicely.The room was very clean ,the amenities ie; kurig fridge &freezer cups ect was a plus considering it was me &my 4granddaughters that stayed.The pool area was larger than expected especially the spa.Cant wait til morning to enjoy breakfast.Im very glad &greatful that I picked Silverstone Inn&suites to spend as a memorable Christmas with my granddaughters. "The experience itself was okay. We stayed there just because of the kitchen, since we have a lot of food restrictions, I have to cook most of the time. The room smelled like weed, but look... it is a cheap cheap long term stay. The floors could use a better treatment, it was pretty dirty. What i liked the most was, they fixed things really fast, kudos to the team. The heating wasn't working... they went there and fixed right away, the stove was not working, they sent someone real fast. I was there for work, and everything went well, and because of the kitchen i would stay there again. Sorry for the confusion at the end about the second room, i really don’t understand what happened, but I am glad we figure out, the Manager was super nice!"
