“Five of us stayed at this beautiful apartment in downtown Nashville when we came to see Jon Batiste. The apartment was very nice and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. We enjoyed the two balconies--one in the living area and one in a bedroom. The apartment is on the river and not far from the Ryman. Lovely decor and very clean. We had no issues accessing the parking or apartment. We would definitely recommend! Thank you!”

“The condo was beautiful and in a great location. Everything was in walking distance for what we wanted to do. A little scary at night walking back from Broadway. The condo was nice and clean. Everything was great but one thing that was not good was the bed. We only used the king size bed, the mattress was very hard and it felt like you were sleeping on plywood and the bed linen was rough and scratchy. They did not have fitted sheets for the bottom sheets which made it even more uncomfortable.”

“This was great property. Room was clean and exactly as listed. Property manager was responsive with answers to questions. There is a fitness room with cardio machines and free weights. The locations is a 10min drive to broadway and other attractions”

“Nice to be on the outskirts of town and right on the river. Easy walk (less than a mile) to Broadway and downtown. Plenty of food order options as well if you want to stay in. Would stay again.”

“Great stay at this 3rd floor condo. Very spacious and plenty of room for 5 adults! Only downfall is that it’s a good drive for downtown and Broadway!”

“We had a great little stay in Nashville. We ended up renting a car and using the street parking for the most part. We found it full only one time. Super short drive to downtown. Building is very secure, area around building not too bad. Rooftop lounge is nice to hang out in good weather. Unit was well stocked with necessities and very clean. Great setup for two couples or a family. Would definitely stay here again!”

“It was super close to The Gultch and most other attractions we wanted to see. It was clean except for a bunch of scuff marks all on the walls. Everything else was spotless. We'd stay again.”

“This place is perfect for large groups. The 3 bathrooms were the biggest selling point for us (9 women!!). Place was very clean, bit of a mildew smell, comes with older buildings. Everything was spacious and very clean. Walking distance to Broadway. Closet space was minimal so we kept our stuff in our suitcases. Kitchen had everything we needed, and living room was big enough for us all to hang out. Homeless slept outside (saw them coming home each night) but they were gone by morning, we……

“We had an amazing time but the parking deck isn’t big enough for sub vehicles only compact cars. But parking in the front worked for us but we loved our stay”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Molly’s apartment. It was clean, beds were comfy and there was enough space for 3 adults to be comfortable. Location was so great - steps away from lovely restaurants and shopping. Then about a 10 min ride to downtown Nashville. We would definitely come back!!”
