"I’ve been coming to Sandpoint for 20 years and for the last 4 years we have been lucky enough to rent this house. There is no better place to bring your family than this rental. It is extremely close to town and offers the lake life that my family loves. Dealing with the owners/management company feels like you are dealing with a high end concierge service. Any issues we have had were handled day of and the communication is second to none. This is the only house I will ever rent when we come to Sandpoint! We look forward to many more years to come renting here!"

"We had an awesome time at Adam's place! It is really special with beautiful sunset views through the trees, all the adorable animals and a very spacious house. Large family friendly with plenty of seating in living room and dining area, and or course, plenty of beds. The house had all the dishes, pots and pans, towels, etc we needed. We used the outdoor grill and seating area every day. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Although our time indoors was limited, it was really great to have the big screen TV downstairs so we could watch the World Cup USA game (even though the results were disappointing). The kids loved playing ping pong and pool. We enjoyed the close proximity to Sandpoint and to Silverwood. Adam and his family are lovely, we thoroughly enjoyed meeting them. Our stay was excellent and we highly recommend this VRBO rental."

"If you don't need direct lake access Murphy's Retreat is a perfect place to stay. We stayed for two nights over 4th of July and it was amazing. We had wonderful lake views, and were able to watch all the neighbors shoot off their fireworks so we did not even need to drive into town. The house was incredibly comfortable and clear, and Erin and Thomas as amazingly generous to let guests use their paddle boards, kayaks and bikes. The back decks and patio are super comfortable, and we had a great time roasting marshmallows over the firepit. It has a nice peaceful, in the woods, out-of-town feel, but it only a few minute drive from Sandpoint. We would definitely stay here again."

"We had an awesome stay!! We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces … the yard, the beach areas, the fire pit and the hot tub! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were specious! I especially enjoyed the toiletries .. and the big fluffy towels were such a treat! It was nice to have laundry facilities available. The dining table was huge and we all fit around it to enjoy meals together. The house was so well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay fabulous!"
