「Well maintained, clean and quiet place to stay. Smooth check in/out. Would stay there again.」

「Do not receive any check-in formation until I texted the host day of. I got a code to the door but no instruction as to what door, where to enter the property or where to park. Then the code didn’t even work for the duration of the stay. I had to lock the interior door and the exterior door remained unlocked…. 「We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great nearby restaurants, bars, and 10 min each way to the casinos! The loft was clean, enjoyed the kitchen space, and pull out sofa bed for a 3rd guest. We appreciated the warning of the train and brought extra ear plugs lol」

「We enjoyed staying here!」

「Very nice place and easy to check in!」

「The property was exactly what we were looking for; close to a lot of the things we were in town to do. As noted in the description, there are trains right near the loft. Also, the loft is directly above bars (people, bands, etc.). But, the white noise machine and ear plugs were great! I would definitely book there again if I needed to go back to Davenport. Overall, a great visit!」

「Great stay. Clean with plenty of room for multiple travelers. Host was quick to respond with answers to questions we had. Would definitely stay again if available!」

「This is my second stay here at Andrew's Place. It is comfortable and charming as well as roomie! We loved it!」

「Great location close to multiple breweries and restaurants. During the summer there's a great walking path across the street and a farmer's market close by. Condo was great for a quick get away and had everything we needed.」

「The Suites were nice and clean. They were as advertised. The suite my partner and I had was a cozy little hotel sitting room with a TV and couch that was attached with a conjoining room that led to a bedroom. For the price, the style, the location and amenities, we would absolutely stay again and recommend it as well. 」

「Home was great and as described. Clean and very close to many restaurants and places we needed to be.」
