「We took 7 children my wife and I to Michigan's Adventure for a couple of days and used this space as a home base. The building looked new and the apartment was very clean. With having mostly kids - the sleeping arrangement was fine. A King bedroom with adjacent bathroom, a separate queen bed room, a pull out sofa sleeper (probably a full size), and two big couches meant to also be a bed. The 3 couches are in the main living area. There is a nice coffee shop on the main floor of the building that...

「The property itself is very cute and clean. Decorated very sweet and comfortable. This is Muskegon but this particular area felt safe. Mostly one family homes in a neighborhood setting with several shops and businesses across from the water. I imagine during the summer months, it’s a very active area. The only con is parking is on the street, out of view of the house I rented. This IS Muskegon, so I was a little concerned. But I didn’t have any issues. Communication with the property manager...

「My husband and I had our first mini vacay since last yr . We absolutely love lake Michigan and up north. This was our first stay at this vrbo rental. It was very convenient to the beach and right in town for a walking distance of great restaurants and entertainment. Only 2 things that could be better. The parking is a bit inconvenient. You can't park in parking lot thru the night and you can't park in the street from 8 -5pm. So there was lots of moving the vehicle since the street in front...

「My wife and I stayed for one evening while our children attended a scout event at the nearby Owasippe Scout Reservation. This room is comfortable and nicely remodeled. Bathroom and shower were great too. Will defiantly return next time we need a room in the area.」

「Room exactly as pictured. Very quiet area. Close to lots of restaurant and stores. The beach was a short drive away. Perfect for our getaway. Great communication from property manager. We had no issues, gaining access was quick and easy!」

「The location was amazing and the price was good. The property seemed a bit neglected, kind of overrun with weeds, Stairway down to door not the safest, no real patio furniture to sit outside. The view was amazing and it was minutes to lake Michigan. The Size was decent however our biggest complaint was not having control over the temperature, thermostat. We had to text anytime we wanted the temp turned up or down. Especially annoying because the blower was right on top of the shower head and...

「Owner lives below, but very kind and helpful. Any concerns we had he quickly addressed, and offered suggestions to local activities. Great pond with ducks and babies that he brought out for kids to see. Roomy and great for large groups or families.」

「Just wish the sofa was longer as we had someone that needed to sleep there. Understand there are limits that are difficult/impossible to overcome in a tiny house. Condition of the house and amenities (coffee, French press, etc.) are top notch. 」
