「Number one the room looked much bigger in the picture the room was very tiny barely any walking room. It look like there was a pool in the picture on Expedia but there was no pool. the room had roaches crawling on the walls. There were four of us and only 2 washcloths and two towels one hand towel. No phone in the room to call and ask for towels and washcloths I will never stay there again.」
「The staff was a bit rude. Young kids. I reserved my room online that allowed pets, when I got there the staff said we could not have the room because of our pets. We were given the smallest room, smallest bathroom and charged double for our pets. A week later we are still waiting for our $165 pet deposit. They charged us $130 for the room. One night…too much for what we received.」
