Maria's condo was situated right in the middle of everything we wanted to do! the Beach, Boardwalk, barefoot Landing, lots of great restaurants! The condo was clean & spacious & we will def be back!

Nice golf course stay

I have stayed at the Magnolia and Myrtlewoods villas multiple times and this condo was the best yet. It had everything we needed and it was very clean. Very spacious and exactly like the pictures. I would definitely book again.

Can't say enough about this stay

I can't express how wonderful our stay was at this location. The host was extremely helpful as we traveled a great distance to stay at her location. Everything you could possible want was in the unit, All you would need for your stay would be to bring the food. The unit was immaculate and beautiful and easy to access. All instructions for check in/out were clear and precise. The amenities were very nice and impressive. The community was picture perfect. I highly recommend your reserving this unit.

Great place for a golf getaway

We came to play golf and this was an excellent location to do so. TV and internet availability was sketchy. Kitchen was well equipped and unit was very comfortable.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view.

Beach and restaurants were under a 15 min drive. Quiet neighborhood which was nice to be close to vacations spots without all the noisy neighbors. Kitchen well stocked with appliances. I do wish there were more bath towels for 4 adults, we ran low.

Started Our Summer

Our trip to Myrtlewood in May was excellent. The condo is nicely furnished and very clean. LOTS of shopping and dining close to the condo. We don't golf but the views of the course from our balcony were quite lovely and the grounds are extremely well kept. We will definitely be back.

Baseball tourney…Cal Ripken

Had a great vacation at this villa two years in a row! The villa is well-appointed, with two bedrooms each with their own bath. The site has pool and golf course just out the door. The property was a great fit for our family and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or re-visit! Our son played at Cal Ripken…very close by.

Good stay

The property was as advertised and worked great for our purposes (my friend and I were there for a golf trip). We booked our own place to we could have a room of our own away from all of the others to get some rest each night. Winding through the complex and going over all of the speed bumps in and out wasn't great, but no fault of Maria's of course. I would recommend it to others that wanted a place to relax in the evening that is central to beaches, golf courses, etc.

Very nice condo

My family came to town for a baseball tournament and we stayed in Maria's condo. Everything in the condo was clean and as expected. Communication with Maria was easy and she made sure to let us know about a short water interruption during our stay in advance so that we were prepared. I made sure to have water pre-run the night before for coffee so it was no bother at all I wanted to take the living room furniture home with us, it was so comfortable! The kitchen supplied everything we needed to make meals. The coffee pot probably needs to be replaced soon as it has a bit of a leak and doesn't get as hot as it should. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with a fantastic Condo pretty central to everything.
