「Lovely historic hotel! A bit outdated in some areas, but still maintained. Staff—very friendly and helpful.」

「I was very surprised that there was not a complementary breakfast. As I was showering in the morning, I found a washcloth hanging over my shower curtain from a previous person’s stay. As this hotel was connected to a casino when I came home Friday evening from visiting my relatives I had to park significantly far away from the front door of the hotel. That was a safety issue for me.」

「Great location but the rooms were getting a little tired. The heat would turn on the fan but would not throw heat; so as a consequence, the room was cool the entire time. Would never heat up the room and the thermostat stayed at the same temp even though we increased the temp. In all fairness, we never told the front desk as they may have moved us to another room.」

「Staff was very friendly. My room was never cleaned. I had fresh towels on day 3, but other than that I had to ask to have things done.」

「The doors were all broken and just stayed opened. There is no elevator on the property. The breakfast is poor in that it’s just cereal and waffles. The outlet placement in the room is bizarre, like right over the headboard. The manager didn’t even tell us what time breakfast was-I was supposed to read it on the key card.
