"The Hotel staff were excellent. Very helpful. The room was clean and had all that I needed. There was a happy hour fro 5 to 7pm with free drinks and snacks. Breakfast was very good. A large selection of foods. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again."

"The staff was amazing!!! We had to book with them as a last minute emergency due to a horrible stay at our initial hotel. We literally had to check out of the previous hotel at midnight and had no where to go. Luckily I was able to book a room with them for the next day till the end of our trip but had nowhere to stay for that night. The staff helped us find a close hotel for that night and held our luggage till we returned to check in. The rest of our trip was great because of the Shinjuku Prince hotel and especially their staff. I will only stay at their properties from now on. I even signed up for their rewards program. "
