“I rarely write reviews unless they are really really good, or really really bad. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst properties I've stayed at ever. I'm writing this in hopes that the management can turn things around and at least start to maintain a basic level of cleanliness and hospitality. Here were the issues: blood stains on the pillow case, a sticky bathroom floor (literally sticky where you can hear your shoes sticking to the floor), the floor in the main bedroom was dirty, there……

“We place an Make up the room sign on the room door, but our room never got made up. There were no face clothes in the room. Air conditioning had been turned off during the day in the room, so when we went to take possession of the room, it was like an oven. It took 24 hours to cool down.”

“The buildings and the property are very old. The rooms are very small. The kitchen is poorly stocked. Utensils and pots should be replaced. The drawer for the utensils was broken. There is not enough plug-ins in the kitchen. I would say overall the owners are cheap as the TV is too small for the room. Hard to watch from a distance. There was a rolling computer chair to sit in. The room needs to be thoroughly cleaned, especially the bathroom corners. The pool did not look clean as there was a……

“Great location for beachfront. Fairly casual, friendly and helpful staff.”

“Our room was outdated but clean! The tub was clogged and backed up after used and the toilet needed a few flushes to go down (called the front desk and the finally came to look at it late the next day). The key cards did not work properly, we had to take them back a few times to reactivate, only to figure out they only worked on one side... The stairs up to the second floor were pretty outdated and a bit scary looking. Honestly could get past this, great pools, beautiful gathering area for……

“Very close to the beach. Room was very sound proofed. AC was great. I had no blinds on the window - just thin curtains. Brought black out with me just in case. Mattress was lumpy. Could update the mattresses.”
