“They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. “Gorgeous and unique property close to the Poas Nacional Park. The views were breathtakingly beautiful! We stayed in the Junior Dome and had a relaxing and zen like stay. The property was very cute and quiet in June. There was a nearby dog barking nonstop from a neighbor but not much you can do about that.”

“The place was great! The room was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. The air conditioning was a huge plus. I would not recommend the food at the restaurant, however. It is overpriced and bland. But the property grounds were beautiful and the staff were kind and helpful.”

“This hotel was really fantastic. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent, breakfast buffet was really good, lots of options. We used the gym and the pool. Definately will make this our hotel of choice when coming to San Jose for errands.”
