The stay was wonderful would definitely stay again close to everything we needed or wanted to do the place is exactly how you see it and the host was wonderful and very prompt and went above and beyond for our needs to be met incase you want to make some breakfast the kitchen met those needs as well

The stay was better than I could’ve ever imagined! Communication was great between me and the hosts (available to answer any questions I had), property was clean, and it was nearby downtown so everything was a quick drive away! Would definitely stay again

Honky Tonk Bday Celebration

We rented Pecan 1 and 2, a total of 17 people, 3 bday celebrations, everything was great! Units are nicely decorated, clean, great floor plans, plenty of comfy beds. The Stay Minty folks are very responsive, very friendly and welcoming.. Property is a short ride to Broadway.

Great place, the area slightly outside the neighborhood is a bit sketchy as others have said, but the neighborhood itself is incredibly nice and it looks like the surrounding area is still being developed. Pool table was a nice touch.

Great place, sketchy neighborhood!

We were a group of teachers taking a celebration trip. Nice house, clean, just as described. Found a bug, killed it, and notified manager. She assured me they will be spraying the day after we leave. Neighborhood was a little scary, for just a group of ladies. Rough part of town, homeless hang out was 2 blocks away. Several ppl walking around the block at all hours of the day or night . Some yelling and screaming … should have just stayed downtown because that’s where we spent the majority of our time. We were thankful for the locking gate, locking doors and the security. Happy with the property —just small issues like not enough blankets …

Bachelorette party

Pros: The place was super nice and very well kept. The were very attentive with communication. They had enough trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Parking was a little hard, but not terrible, and I felt better leaving my car out there because of the gates. I LOVED the main floor seating, comfortable and updated. Plenty of space for our party of us 10. Negatives: cleanliness wise, it was a surprise to see there were foot prints on the ceiling at the top of the stripper pole, but I’m not sure that it’s should’ve been surprising. The ice maker dispenser didn’t work, but we also didn’t complain, because it was easy to just open the door and get ice the old fashioned way. the beds were quite hard, and a bit uncomfortable. The neighborhood is in the process of an over hall, so there are a lot of run down homes, and it’s didn’t feel really safe outside of the gates. The garage was a cool feature, but unusable because it isn’t air conditioned.

Get Getaway in a lovely Neighborhood

The place was wonderful and accommodates for a lot of people. The location was far away from the night life, but centralized enough to not be too far of an Uber drive away. Check-in and Check-out was easy. Highly recommend.

Batch trip

The place was very nice and spacious for the group. However the floors were dirty when we arrived like it needed to be mopped, we had black at bottom of our feet walking on the floor barefoot.

Cooler than the pictures!

Awesome place to stay. Super nice, pictures don’t do it justice. Really close to downtown. Location is a little ghetto but not terrible. That area is definitely improving. I’d definitely stay minty every time I return to Nashville.

Nashville friends trip

Came to town to see Tyler Childers at Bridgestone. Place was perfect for our group, plenty of room for everyone. Neighborhood itself isn’t very walkable but it is a quick ride to Broadway and Germantown, which we checked out while here as well. Had a great time and Stay Minty was great to work with.
