Great Stay

The location was great and an easy walk to all the sights. The loft was clean and accomadated our party of 10 very well. We had to call customer service once for assistance, and they were very helpful and resolved the minor issue. I would recommend this spot to others.

Great for groups/Great location

Unit layout was fantastic for our group of5 buddies getting together for a weekend. Location was easy walk to broadway and all the fun and lots of restaurants close by. Unit is Very clean and spacious. The only complaints was very spotty Wi-Fi, there were briefly some terrible odors coming in from the dumpsters in the back alley, and or the restaurant below and the vape shop underneath played techno music all night loud enough to hear but not loud enough to be a total nuisance. But overall great experience.

Showers Lack Pressure

Everything else was great. At first, we didn't have hot water but the team came out and fixed it right away. Great Service! However, the pressure was just low, unless you turned the heat up and not everyone wants scalding water. Great property. I would stay again.

Beautiful, great location!

They were very responsive and checking on us consistently during our stay. Plenty of cleaning supplies and toiletries for the rooms. It’s a great location as it’s walking distance to Broadway and Printers Alley. The loft was so beautiful! Half of the fans didn’t work in the rooms though. Otherwise, we had a great experience!

Nice Place and great location to Broadway. The ceiling fans STILL are not working. All of the little things added, like paper towels, shampoo, soap, dish soap, etc. were well appreciated! Very comfortable place - I would rent again! Thank you!

This loft is great for your big group in Nashville! It is walking distance to everything downtown and comfortably sleeps your large party. It also is equipped with enough restrooms for a large group to get ready - we had 11 get ready for a Wedding together with no issues. The kitchen is large and great and has two living spaces as well to hang out in the loft. Lost one star because the bathroom doors didn't lock but otherwise the home was clean, roomy and perfect! For my next large group trip to Nashville, I would 100% book again.

Amazing Location - Awesome Place for a Group

We loved our stay at the loft! It can definitely fit 4 adult couples very comfortably (each having their own bathroom and bedroom). We did wish it had a washer and dryer, especially for towels or longer stays. Each bed had towels on it, but for longer stays there were no additional towels in the house. The kitchen was well stocked, the decor and furniture was very nice. We would definitely stay again, it just enough off second and Broadway that you don’t have to worry about the noise late at night, but close enough that you’re a quick walk to anywhere you want to go. There’s also some markets/stores very close to pick up snacks and drinks.

My 60th birthday party

We all loved the loft and the location. Plenty of room for all of us, close to everything, just a few glitches. Had trouble with the door codes when we arrived. The main floor shower is too hot or you have no water pressure. This is not a new problem so the owners have yet to address it. It would also be helpful to have info posted like user manuals and instructions for check out. Customer service isn't always able to help. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Horrible Experience

After receiving numerous confirmations that our unit was ready for our arrival, even one as our plane was landing that the unit was ready for early check-in, I, my wife and 6 close friends arrived only to find our unit completely torn apart for some kind of remodeling or damage repair. Kitchen floor and appliance torn out and scattered in the hallways, ceilings torn apart, etc. Customer service with VRBO and Vacasa was very unhelpful and we were left to our own devices to scramble and find another place to stay that could accommodate 8 guests. Extremely unpleasant experience.

Good & safe location. Nice spaces. Kitchen not equipped for cooking in for group. Musty smell from water leak in 4 Queen BR that appears to be an old maintenance issue. Suggest owners fix this for future renters.

21st birthday weekend

A great place and a fun weekend! The front of the building is a little misleading, but the place was great, fit us all (8) very comfortably, and held up to our expectations! Would definitely stay here again!
