The check-was extra special since it was Easter weekend and the elevator quit. We are older (!) and hauling luggage to our 4th floor unit would have been next to impossible! UN quickly moved us down to 2nd, plus waived our parking fee. Great hospitality!

Perfect location, great place , I would definitely stay there again I loved Nashville now that I been there easy for me to know where everything is . My only concern was the lighting in there was hard for two woman to apply makeup . Other than that it was wonderful the fourth floor view was amazing.
