Nice place to stay. Clean and useful as advertised.

I stayed here in late March on a business trip with four friends, and we had a very comfortable experience. One of the highlights was being able to cook our own meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which made it feel like a home away from home. The location is about a 35-minute walk to downtown, or a quick and reasonably priced ride with Lyft or Uber. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the four bedrooms provided plenty of space for the five of us. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property to others.

just as described

we had a great stay at the property. there were no surprises, making unpacking 4 little kids a breeze. as expected from the photos, there were lots of stairs. this was a little difficult to navigate with a 1.5 year old, but we knew this going into the trip. also, there was lots of noise from the city street below- especially at night. earplugs were provided on every nightstand, a nice welcomed touch!

Birthday weekend

What a terrific place for friends family to gather and celebrate. This condo is super spacious and comfortable. On the edge of Germantown action, and not far from Broadway action. We only had 4, but can sleep up to 10-12 comfortably. There are 2 hangout areas, one on first floor with ginormous TV and full kitchen area. The other is on 3rd floor which has TV / couches next to master suite, and of course balcony Access over looking the city. Probably only downside is the noise from busy streets below. Mainly the weekend nights and early weekday mornings, otherwise not problem. They provide earplugs which is cool and worked fine. Host is great very responsive. Highly recommend and would return if back in Nashville.
