Convenient Location

The layout of the townhomes was great. Only complaints are that the ice maker in one refrigerator didn't work and that a used wristband was left on floor in one of the bathrooms.

Exactly as described

Great option for a group, we had side by side townhomes and everyone got a bed. The space was clean and comfortable and even had a working record player which we enjoyed. Walkable to a couple of breweries, a breakfast spot, and a Bodega as well. Short uber ride to downtown, Germantown, and tge Gulch. Would definitely recommend.

Early Family Christmas in Nashville

We rented two units side by side. They were either newly built or newly renovated. Kitchens were very well stocked with new items. The ice maker didn't work in the freezer. We were offered a repair but declined as our stay was short and didn't want the intrustion. Some beds either had worn sheets or sheets that didn't fit. Our contact person immediately dropped off sheets that would fit. There were ants in the kitchen and in our downstairs bathroom. We were offered a pest control visit but declined for same reason as above. Location was nice in that it was close enough to downtown Nashville. Getting an Uber or Lyft was super easy. There were multiple scuff marks on the walls and going up the stairs. Towels need to bed replaced with nicer ones. Shower pressure and fast hot water was a plus! Some of the furniture should be replaced - night tables in bedroom downstairs. The agency was very communicative with me about our small issues. I think with a good paint job and upgraded towels and sheets, this would be a better rental. The space worked for our group.
