Great property. There is a homeless shelter across the street from the condo but no issues. Loved being able to walk to the Gulch & Broadway.

Great place for large groups!!

The place was great! Although it was a bit further away than we anticipated. The app was really tricky to use at first but once everyone downloaded it it became easier. Tip: you only need to hold the app open at the ent remanded and not have to search for each spot. Thanks!

Disappointed.

Unit was clean but the convenience of "Walk to Broadway" was inaccurate. Good amenities provided by property management. Great communication with property management. The furniture in the living area was terrible. Water pressure in the shower was non-existent. We relocated to a hotel as soon as we could get a room, even though we had three more nights paid.

Group Birthday Trip

The place itself is great and is easily walkable many bars and restaurants. However, it is directly next to a homeless shelter and a soup kitchen. Most of the homeless people hang out across the street from the condo during the day. I would not feel safe walking at night by myself in the area.

Nashville Getaway

Overall, a pleasant stay. The area is a bit of a walk from Broadway, but achievable. Decorated well and clean. Privacy in two of the rooms was lacking. The upstairs loft bedroom has a half wall that subjects anyone sleeping in that area to any noises that take place in the common area. The barn doors on both sides of one of the full bathrooms allows for all restroom noises to be heard in the adjacent bedroom and in the hallway - not to mention being able to see into the restroom from the hallway and bedroom due to the barn doors not shutting fully - would have felt much more private if those doors were regular doors instead. .

Great for Groups

This property is well equipped with basic amenities, an awesome large patio area and spacious rooms, living area & kitchen. The window coverings did not cover all of the windows so it is very bright at all times and because of the open elevated common area it is quite loud. If you’re a light sleeper it may not be for you.

Close to everything. Beautiful condo

Property is beautiful. New. The area is being revitalized. We walked everywhere. 10 min walk to convention centre. 15 min walk to Broadway. Building has security very safe. There was a drop in centre across the street. We were a group of 4 girls came and went at all hours no concerns. We will definitely stay again.

60th Bday party

We had a great trip! The location was good, but not as walkable as we originally imagined. Four couples shared this space and had a wonderful time. Only negatives were the extra panels needed in both first floor bedrooms needed to block more sunlight and that the one true shared bathroom was the only one that didn’t have two sinks when multiple people were trying to get ready. The barn door on that leading to the hall caused a bit embarrassment at times.

Xmas in Nashville

The condo was marvelous for our early family gathering for Christmas. Accommodations we perfect for our family of 8. It was really awesome that they had a Christmas Tree for us to celebrate. Condo was only a short walk to Broadway and gave us ability for all to come and go as we pleased. There were really only 2 issues with rental and the check-in process. Water pressure in the showers was a little weak. Being a high rise and being on 6th floor, I could understand. In regard to check-in, we did not receive the codes for entry. Upon calling goodnight stay, this was due to our security money which was not posted appropriately. I had several calls on this posting before the trip and was assured it was handled. Otherwise, a beautiful condo with a spectacular view and Goodnight stay was very friendly and accommodating to work with. Thanks for sharing your place.
