The Property was really nice and set to get back and fourth to broad a $7 uber drive. This property did have alittle ant problem in the bedrooms so we couldn't put anything on the floor. The main issue was getting in and out of the building with the codes. They never text me the codes for the main door only our unit code came via email and they said they text the other codes but I never received them. It took 3 calls and 1.5 hours to get the code very frustrating that no one could easily give me that code. They didn't know what I was talking about. Once that was figured out we were able to enjoy the condo.

Not clean and no hot water - Stay away

When we arrived we found the bedding in one of the rooms was disgusting. It had what appeared to be blood stains and a several big yellow (urine) stain on the bed sheets. Since we arrived late we had to use our own blankets. There were no sheets for the pull out couch. The shower had clearly not been cleaned as well. In the morning we discovered that we had no hot water. We noticed that the breaker had tripped so we turned it on and within 5 minutes we had a electrical burning smell in the room. So we turned it off and contacted the number they gave us to contact them. We ended up being told by 3 different people that hot water was not included. We received a call from the rude property manager who arranged to get new sheets and agreed that hot water was included and sent a plumber to come look at the hot water tank. The plumber didn't find a problem and left. There was still a faint electrical burning smell so I touched the breaker where the smell seemed to come from and it was so hot I could not leave my finger on it. I turned it off and called the rude property manager who arranged another plumber to come. This time they found the problem which was a wire that the insolation was melting from a bad connection. They replaced the breaker to fix the problem. This took our first day to get resolved. There are lots of great places to stay in Nashville. This is not one of them.

Nice place

Overall I would recommend this place. It was a very nice condo/apartment. The pictures online are an accurate representation of the unit. It is located right off the I yet state so it is loud. Street parking was not good and it was expensive to park on site. There is a nice top floor patio that we took full andvantage of. Overall we were very happy with it.

Clean and Convenient

The Muse is very clean and modern. It’s only a mile or so from broadway. A very quick scooter ride or Uber. This was our first time in Nashville and we had no idea where to stay. After a lot of research we settled on the Muse and have no regrets. Our group consisted of 4 adults so the two bedrooms with attached bathrooms was great. Saved a lot of money using the kitchen for some meals as well. Great time!

Great stay and near some great spots

Had a blast celebrating a birthday. Don’t be afraid to park on the street … there is a charge for parking within the buildings parking garage. Would go back again.

Wonderful home

It is NOT within walking distance to downtown but it’s got amazing amenities and everyone is very friendly. You never wait long for a ride share and you’re better off doing that so you don’t have to try to find parking.

Cute and fun decor

The decor is exactly as shown in photos. It's very cute and fun. Colorful and welcoming. Really enjoyed the look which is why we picked this one. A little noisy from the nearby freeway but previous reviews warned us of that so no big deal. Use the provided sound machine to drown it out. AC works great and the hot water for shower works fine too

Great apartment. Location was farther from downtown Nashville than I would have liked. Apartment overlooked the highway therefore you could hear traffic all the time.

Nashville Best Friend Trip

My best friend and I had a great stay at Muse 513! The location was perfect. Easy for Uber drivers to pick us up and also close enough to walk downtown if you wanted to. Our first day we weren't able to connect to the internet. But upon reaching out to the property management, they got it figured out very quickly. The only thing that would have made the stay better was that the bathtub in the one bathroom wasn't quite clean upon arrival. It would also be helpful to have lighting under the cabinets, it can be hard to see what you're doing on the counters. Overall, we had a great time, the apartment was very nice and cozy. I would definitely 10/10 recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a spot to stay in Nashville.

Easy walk to Broadway - highway is noisy and homeless people wandering the neighbourhood

Overall, it was a great rental for us. As promised, it was all that we needed. Brochures with map would have been helpful along with instructions on how to rent the electric scooters. We figured it all out and had a great time. Thank you

This unit had great beds. Very comfortable and the perfect height! We had a lot of highway noise but that is to be expected right next to the highway.
