Host MUST BE a Rock Star!

This was our second stay at the exact same unit…and we’ll likely be back! The condo has everything we could possibly ask for…plus some! The host is very welcoming, maintains her property well, and the pricing is more than fair. The property overall is clean and seems to be located in a safe area. Parking area is very secure and convenient. We love having the ability to walk to just about everywhere, especially close to The Gulch (including The Station Inn) and Carter Vintage Guitars. Just over a mile to Broadway and about a mile to 3rd & Lindsley.

Great location/clean

We just did a 3 day trip to explore Broadway, it was a perfect location, not right in the middle of all the chaos. Walking distance to the Gulch, Music Row, and Broadway. Broadway was a little further away but definitely doable. Took us maybe 20 minutes. Just walk straight up 8th the Right on Broadway. It was clean, had perfect amount of towels. No issues!

Great weekend getaway

This place was super cozy and comfortable for a weekend getaway or even a weeklong vacation in Nashville. You're close enough to all the fun but out far enough if you need some quiet. Loved the garage parking and access to the pool.Thanks for a great place to crash for a weekend!

Awesome SEC Tournament Experience

The apartment was just what we needed. The property is a short walk/uber to the downtown area and also Music Row. The host was very attentive to the details and we had no issues with the property. Secure parking was a plus and the location afforded us not to have to ever drive our car. Would definitely recommend this property! Thank you!

The unit was very clean and comfortable. It was not in the area as shown on the map when I booked the condo. We felt safe in the secured building. We didn't have a chance to get in the pool. Would have loved a hot tub. Thank you.

Jill was an incredible host! She was 100% responsive and quick to respond with helpful information. The unit had everything we needed, plus some! It was very clean, conveniently located in Nashville and in the context of the whole building. The pool was amazing and we very much appreciated the secure parking and knowing we always had a spot to park. I did not use the gym a whole lot, but it was well equipped and had good lighting with good views of the city. i’m so glad I brought my bike to Nashville this time around. It is such a fun city to ride in and I felt secure with good bike lanes most of the time. 3 rides totaling about 55 miles helped me to work off our excellent Nashville meals. this location is excellent for quick walking access to The Gulch, Station Inn, Carter Vintage Guitars, etc! 3rd & Lindsley is also close by! Don’t miss Monday nights there! Thanks again, Jill! We’ll be back around the same time next year!

Apartment is on ground floor of a 4 storey block. As described in advert, but some noise from other units (building feels as if most units are short term rentals). Situated about a mile from Broadway near an area that is currently under construction. Unit was nicely furnished and equipped but cleaning was not perfect.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I stayed here while we were in town for the SEC tournament. The condo was very clean and conveniently located! It was only a 12 minute walk to The Gulch or a 5 minute Uber ride to Broadway! I will definitely stay here again in the future!
