Perfect for a girls trip!

The layout and accommodations were perfect for our girls weekend and easily accommodated our needs. Would recommend staying here and would stay again! The road was a bit busier than expected but that didn’t bother anyone!

Great location in Nashville

Loved the location for this spacious home with you only being a couple of miles away from major downtown attractions. The only negative was that it wasn’t as clean and as well maintained as it appeared to be in the description and images. However, the management company made sure to stay in constant contact.

Kitchen/Cooking a bit lacking

As we were a group gathering from around the country, spending time together was or goal. We always cook together when we meet up, but it was rather challenging in this house with only a wok and frying handle-less frying pan. Additionally, either the water was disconnected or turned off to the freezer. We bought a bag of ice, but would have been nice knowing going in. We also planned on grilling, which we notified the host in advance. They made sure the tank was full, but the grill was FILTHY and the gas lines were either clogged or shot. Ending up grilling in said wok. Washing dishes in the sink was an adventure as it turns on in sprayer mode, and some of the jets come out sideways! I would recommend a little investment in your kitchen and checking on the working condition of major appliances.

Loved the house! It had everything we needed. It was very spacious and clean. The beds were so comfortable. The pictures of the house displayed on the site are accurate. Would highly recommend. Note: there was a large detached garage next to the house and a tenant lives above the garage, as well as occupies the garage.
