Family Getaway

It was a get place to stay to celebrate my nephew's 21st birthday. It was within walking distance to Germantwon and Broadway, but far enough away form all the downtown noise to have a quiet evening. Katie was super helpful and responsives to any questions. Would definitly stay here again.

Good time in Nashville

So easy to deal with the host. Nice balcony looking right over the river. Best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in - BY FAR. Everything needed was there. Everything in condo worked well. Good location for downtown/Broadway, and very restful to return to condo.

Fabulous host and home!

Nashville excursion

Riverfront y'all was a great place to stay. It was a short walk or ride to both Germantown and Broadway. The place was clean and stocked with everything. Katie the host was very helpful with any questions we had.

Riverfront Y’all was the perfect home base for our girls weekend. Super adorable and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Great location - quick Uber to Broadway. Pool and river front views an extra plus. Definitely recommend!

Awesome place!

Gorgeous girl palace! My teens were amazed to find hot rollers, flat irons and high-quality blow dryers in the bathroom... clearly a place all set to host a gaggle of girls! The place was immaculate, kitchen well stocked, lots of towels, nice shampoo/conditioner... beautiful balcony to take in the nice weather with cute little woodchucks down below. The walk to town starts off in a less- populated part of town but quickly brings you into the hustle and bustle. We felt safe and happy in this little spot!

Cute place on the water

Great place! Clean, comfortable beds, everything that one would need, plus some. We chose to drive most places but it was close enough to walk to restaurants/bars if you wish. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you! Until next time, Nashville ❤️

Close to north Broadway and all the music and food. Fabulous view of the river. Clean and very cute. It has everything we needed. Loved the keyless entry.

A condo with a view

This IS a 2 bedroom condo for you!!! With a beautiful riverside view of the Cumberland River and the tugboats traffic pushing barges up and down the river. Condo is beautiful setup and has everything you might ever need. I would highly recommend this unit and its representative Katie.

Nash on the River Y’all

For 4 people to stay it was very comfortable and plenty of space to spread out! Such a great place to be in between exploring Tennessee and hang out. It’s such a comfortable and welcoming space on the riverfront. We will be back!

Together with friends of over 30 years all over the age of 70 this place was perfect. Nice walk to Broadway. Access to get in was very easy. Place was very clean. Everything you would need. The property was great and in a good location. Parking was a plus!! Only thing I would suggest is a mattress topper for the sleeper sofa and maybe a floor lamp in the living room, it was a little dark and the overhead light was a tad too bright. Overall this is a great property and I’d highly recommend it and would stay here again.

Exactly as pictured!

My friends and I had a great stay! The property was super clean and well equipped. The host even thought of little things such as ear plugs, chocolates on the bed, make up wipes and a great coffee bar! The property is a short drive to Broadway. I would recommend to others.

Great Spot

The property was located in a quiet neighborhood, not far from a few restaurants and bars. Easy Uber rides to Broadway and mid town hot spots. Great view of the river while enjoying a cup of coffee provided by the host. Other Nice little touches left for us by the host, along with a map of the area and destination suggestions. We would definitely go back

Comfortable, good location, river view

2 couples stayed here for a weekend visit. Easy uber rides to Broadway, the Gulch, etc. Everything in the unit is clean and well maintained. Kitchen and bathrooms were very well supplied with coffee, dishes, towels, and so on. The covered parking was plentiful and nice to have in July. Lots of wildlife to observe from the balcony - birds, groundhogs, rabbits. We also used the pool on site. Everything was as pictured.

Loved it!

Our family stayed here for 3 days to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday. Went to see Ed Sheeran at Nissan stadium. About a 10-15 minute walk which was nice not to have to worry about parking. We really enjoyed Lower Broadway & all the music. We walked (15-20 minutes). The condo was just as advertised. Everything was perfect. Great trip and we had a blast!

Moms Trip!

This vacation was long overdue for 6 friends & moms. This property was PERFECT for what we needed. The hostess definitely thought of everything - the decor was feminine and clean, there were makeup wipes and ear plugs for all the guests, and even a candle as a gift! The deck was so perfect for winding down at night and waking up with coffee. The hostess accommodated our needs and we felt very safe with the security pad at the front door. Everyone of us had an amazing time and would definitely use this property again in future visits! Thanks for helping to make our first moms trip an unforgettable experience!!!

Overall good, but too many issues…

We stayed here for a bachelorette party in Nashville. When we arrived it was clear that the bedding had not been changed and the kitchen and bathrooms had not been cleaned. Additionally the AC was not operational when we arrived and we ended up going the first night with no AC. Both issues were dealt with as the property owner sent people to take care of these problems, but we didnt have full use of the space for basically half of the time we were there, since it was fixed Saturday afternoon and we were only there Friday to Sunday morning. Overall the space is very cute and worked well for 4 women staying there, and could have accommodated another person or two on the pull out couch. The hall bathroom shower is smaller than some cruise ship showers, which is saying something. Not a deal breaker but something to be aware of. Also we felt that the kitchen was not very well stocked as far as pots/pans.We really liked the location, the waterfront views, and an ideal living space for decorating for a bachelorette party, but there were just a lot of hiccups that ended up impacting our overall experience.
