I loved this property, I CAME BACK!!

This property is perfect! I loved staying here the 1st time, so I came back! Home is wonderfully managed! Looked exactly like the 1st time! This home is so much prettier in person! The local Nashville Vacasa team is so wonderful to work with!! Will definently come back to this home!

Great time

The house was clean upon arrival, very easy to get into and access everything. We had 1 bad day with ants, however property management was there within an hour and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay again. Thank you

The house was about 20 minutes from the complex we were playing. It seem to be about 30 minutes from downtown Nashville and there were lots of food options.

Everything was good for us. We were there for a softball tournament it took us about 15-20 minutes to go back and forward to Veterans Park softball complex. Also were lots of food options nearby.

Place had a nice layout the rooms had plenty of space. Bathrooms were nice and toiletries were supplied. Kitchen made me very sad though. The utensils were warped and flakes of iron were in our food. Definitely do not book this place if you plan on using the kitchen.

Nice place

The worst place about this home is that the beds are not that comfy, also there are no blinds in the spare bathroom otherwise not a bad place.

Great Communication

I was most impressed with the customer service. We had a few minor maintenance issues. Even though it was Christmas weekend, both the management company and local caretaker contacted me almost immediately to resolve the problems.

Nice home close to Nashville

The house was very nice, clean and as described. Check in was smooth. We did struggle with the gate and were not able to park in the driveway. Property manager tried to help but had difficulty getting it figured out. Plenty of linens and a few necessities were appreciated. The spare bedroom bed was hard but we made do. Overall would rent again.
