Stay like a local on Music Row in our newly renovated apt! This is the perfect location for artists, musicians, guests, and travelers who want to be in the heart of Music City. Just steps away from all of the famous records labels, historic recording studios and the bustling Midtown + Demonbruen St. (with all your favorite Nashville watering holes), you'll find yourself feeling like a Nashvillian in no time!

Assigned parking spot included. Incredible location walking distance to Music Row, Midtown, Vanderbilt, Demonbruen St. and so much more!

The Neighborhood:
No rental car needed! Walking distance to Midtown or Demonbruen St. where you'll find local watering holes like: Winners/Losers, Red Door Saloon, Rebar, and Kung Fu Saloon! Or... Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and visit the famous Honky Tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, Printer’s Alley, and Country Music Hall of Fame for around $5-7 one-way!
Our personal favorite Honky Tonks: Acme, Robert’s, Tootsies, and Paradise Park

Getting Around:
Uber or Lyft are the easiest forms of transportation to visit areas outside of walking distance!

Other Things to Note:
** Please be respectful of your neighbors! NO PARTIES OR SMOKING in the home! There will be a $200 fine applied if noise complaints or evidence of smoking is found! **
