Amazing weekend for my sons 21st birthday!

Everything was in great condition, very nicely decorated, rooms very spacious and all the amenities we needed! Super clean when we arrived! We had a wonderful weekend for a group of 9 people!

21st Birthday Celebration

The property manager was great! We had a hiccup with one of the bathrooms not having hot water and although it was an inconvenience they were on top of trying to fix it and did discount us some. They had everything you could possibly need as well and the house was very spacious and clean. Location was good as well. I would stay here again.

Nashville Girls' Trip

Our stay was comfortable so and so wonderful. Three women - we each had our own bedroom and our own bathrooms and the house was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed, plus more! The amenities, (toiletries, celebration items, etc.) was great!! We had a beautiful trip!

Great place

Super cute, clean, and well-appointed place. We were a small group of four 50+year old women so it was plenty spacious and we each got our own bed. It was a winter visit and the weather wasn’t spectacular, but we walked around the neighborhood and to dinner in the dark one night and felt very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect location close to everything

Property was very neat and clean and close to everything. It was perfect for my very small family reunion people from Ireland, England, Florida and Wisconsin. All communication was quick and easy not one issue.

This house was wonderful! Plenty of room for a group of adults. We did not walk anywhere due to the cold, but it would have only been a 20 min or so walk to the Broadway area.

Nice rental home

The home has been beautifully updated. Easy access to and from home and rear home parking. Comfortable beds! Large and comfortable rooms. Check-in and Check-out directions were nicely laid out. Upon arrival, we were taken back a little by the neighborhood but we felt secure the entire time.

Stayed for 3 nights with 6 ladies. Very well appointed property. Located in a beautiful, safe area. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable living room area. Very spacious. Large dining table. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were stocked with soaps, shampoo, towels, and some extra touches. Can walk to Broadway (20min) Would highly recommend this property.

Charming!

A beautiful home in Germantown. Each bedroom is spacious and decorated simply. There are 2 living spaces which allows for plenty of space for large gatherings. The Nashville Farmer's Market is a short walk down the street and makes for a lovely afternoon. Grab a little extra and sit on the front porch later in the afternoon with your treat and a cup of tea!

Great house and location!

Great house with lots of room in a quiet neighborhood. House has a very open floor plan. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. There is no 4th bedroom but instead pull out couches. The front deck is nice area to sit outside and drink coffee. The location is not far from Broadway.

Not a 4 Bedroom Home

Read the description carefully. There is not a private 4th bedroom. It is in a living space with an uncomfortable pull out couch. The hot water in one of the showers did not work so we all had to shower in the master bathroom. The internet was out during our two night stay and we were given a credit for that. Aside from those issues it was a lovely, spacious home in a convenient location.

Perfect for our family

The house was in a great location, and very clean. We are sticklers for comfortable beds, and this place had great ones. The kitchen was very wells equipped, and two separate living areas came in handy when the guys wanted to watch football while the girls watched a movie. We would definitely stay here again.
