Franklin Farmhouse

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Franklin Farmhouse. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to see. The house was immaculate, very clean and well stocked. In fact, it was definitely one of the most well stocked places that we’ve ever stayed in. We didn’t have to buy anything for the house. We will be staying there again on our next trip to Nashville.

Very nice place

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. We eggs from the chickens for breakfast, which we thought was cool. The home is cute and comfortable. The bed and couch are quite comfortable. The best thing about this house compared to other vacation rentals is that basic supplies are provided for you. I've stayed at properties where I had to buy trash bags! There were little necessities provided like a few toiletries, dish soap, trash bags, and salt and pepper to name just a few. This makes a stay so much easier when you don't have to go shopping for necessities. The host checked on us through message on VRBO several times. We had no issues during our stay, but he was very responsive if we had. Overall excellent little place. I will note, there is no tub only a shower in case that would be needed, it wasn't for us.

Great location. Beautiful property and the owners provided great communication before and throughout my stay. The property had everything I needed to cook and relax for a little getaway.
