Great place!

We stayed in the Underwood to celebrate our daughter’s 21st. It was perfect for our group. All of the amenities you need, close Uber to downtown (we even walked twice), comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing vacation

Very nice and clean property that actually exceeded my expectations. Big spacious den and kitchen made it very comfortable for all of us. We made the perfect choice for our trip.

Clean. Comfortable. Great for a big group.

Definitely would stay again. The three levels made it quiet and roomy for those that wanted to go to bed early and those that wanted to stay up a little later to visit. We were a business in town for a convention. The drive to the convention center was easy. Everything was clean and communication was good.

Nashville Girls Trip

This property was great! Very clean, close to Kroger's to stock up and close to downtown. The only surprise was the very steep stairs on three levels. It wasn't real clear in the description of the property. It was difficult for some of us but we managed.

The condo was very clean. Easy ride to Broadway. The only negative is the location. Most of the Uber drivers told her us to be careful and not walk around the area.

AMAZING PROPERTY

First let me start with saying.... THE LOCATION is PERFECT!!! Very close to Broadway and downtown!! We used Uber alot just to be safe and the average uber ride was $9.00. So very convenient!! The house was very spacious and perfect for our family of 8. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the things. We cooked several meals at the house. Having 3 bathrooms (one on each floor) with 8 people was greatness! Would definitely stay here again!

Nashville BDays & Anniversary

Everything was great, however we did run out of paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. We stayed for 9 days and it seems you may be use to shorter stays and provide these items to cover that time frame. Was not a big issue for us, just letting you know.

Great place to stay with a larger group. We stayed here for a girls trip and it was perfect. Easy Uber ride to all parts of Nashville. Clean and well managed.
