Really enjoyed staying here. If you are looking for a nice place close to everything downtown but without the hefty hotel rates, this is your place. Would definitely stay here again. Property owner was very responsive and helpful.

The room and the entire place was super clean and put together! The location is a quick walk from Broadway and there are all some really cool things to do right next to the place as well! Only thing is there are a lot of homeless people outside of the hotel (A LOT) but there are codes to get into everything so it seemed pretty safe the whole we were there!

Close to everything and very clean! Unit was perfect for the 3 of us. Pool is just steps out the door, If you have a car, add on parking as across the street is a paid lot, however a lot of homeless hang out there during the day. Would definitely stay there again!

The entire experience was fabulous from booking to check out…. Walking distance was 15min to Broadway. We walked, Uber’d and also scooter’d to and from this apartment. The back door is conveniently located for easy access to pool! Overall a great stay! I’d stay here again.

Great location, close to the gulch and downtown. Spacious apartment with appealing decor! Building itself was very nice, and having pool access was wonderful. One thing to note is that there is a train nearby that runs throughout the day and night - it can be loud if you’re a light sleeper and not used to sleeping through noise.

The host was very helpful from pre-booking, booking, arrival, during the stay and checkout. The accommodations were great. The king sized bed is a little too large for the bedroom. The sound machine was very helpful to drown out the train noises at all times during the day (train tracks are less than 50 feet from the bedroom/bathroom). The area seems to be up and coming in terms of re-development. There is a large homeless shelter diagonally across the street — lots of folks out during the day hanging out in the public parking lot, but they didn’t approach or bother us as we walked through the area to downtown. A walk to Broadway takes about 10-15 minutes and is a pleasant walk (drive-time is about 5 minutes). Overall, pleasant and most helpful host!

The unit was very clean and lovely to look at. The décor and lighting was great and the bed was extremely comfortable. The on-site staff and security were also very nice and gave some great recommendations for local points of interest. Having free luggage holding on site was also a huge plus. The location is very walkable during the day whether you're visiting the Gulch or making your way towards Broadway. There is a very close freight train that runs frequently. It wasn't too bad or hard to sleep through, but I am also an extremely light sleeper. Aside from 1 night when they made a bit more noise than usual, it kind of just sounded like heavy rain/thunderstorms (which I personally consider ambient sleep sounds). Overall, my friend and I had a great stay. I'd book again.
