"This hotel was lovely and puts American ones to shame . We were however very upset about the choice of this location for our travel needs. The Expedia agent I worked with when our plans changed about staying in downtown Madrid to staying one night near the airport before our flight to Amsterdam. Not knowing the city, I relied on the agent's skill to make an appropriate choice. This hotel was in the exact opposite of the area we needed and consequently it cost us an extra 50 Euros to get to the airport and through horrendous traffic early in the morning!. I am sure I will be a long time before trusting an agent with Expedia."

"Excelente estancia, el staff te recibe muy bien y te apoyan en todo momento, el desayuno estuvo delicioso y la estación de tren está a unos cuantos pasos, es muy fácil desplazarte a otros lados. "
