「The apartment is really comfortable, well furnished and equipped, very clean and has everything you need. A welcome basket with wine and nuts was provided even though we only stayed for one night and in the bathroom we found natural hygiene products like olive soap. We really enjoyed the last night of our holidays in Greece. 」

「Nice staff! We have to go to airport at the mid night, the staffs prepared the breakfast box to us. More, it is near bus station and metro station.」

「Perfect place to visit the sites of Athens without being in the midst of the hustle and bustle, easily accessible from the metro, lots of really nice local places to eat. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all the required mod cons. Thank you.」

Their customer service was excellent! we text/email them for we need and they gave us prompt reply and super helpful! we would like to give our big thanks to Elena, she was very kind and patient during our stay! i will definely come back and recommend to all of you! 「5 to 10 min walk to the metro. Hotel located in the safe area. breakfast is nice and they upgrade our room as they know that there is my honeymoon trip. Staff are friendly and nice. Wifi signal strong. Everything is good including the price.」

「Place is quiet and cozy. Surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. Just 2 things need to be improved: no slope in the entrance that people have to lite the luggage up to get in. Also staff provide with the wrong entrance code and I arrive but have to wait outside the door in the evening. Others are great.」

「Terrific, inventive, fun place, great roof terrace with DJ, very nice room, absolutely delightful staff and a great breakfast. Had been staying at an upmarket boutique hotel. Our flight home was cancelled after three hours on the tarmac and we scrambled to find a hotel for the night. Thrilled that we stumbled on the Modernist. Would definitely stay again. A great experience and a great value. 」
