“We had a wonderful time in Recco. The very well-kept house is located on a hill in the hinterland of Recco in a nicely landscaped property with a view of the sea. The apartment is very clean and comfortably furnished - the equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The large terrace in front of the house, equipped with an awning, invites you to linger. All in all a very nice house.The only drawbacks are the somewhat unusual access road and the noise level from the nearby highway. The communication……

“We spent a week in the house and can only give our best recommendations for anyone that wants a peaceful and quiet area. It’s close to Aqcui Terme (15-20 min with car), a little narrow and curved road up to Roccaverano with some good restaurants, 1 hour++ to cities like Asti, Alba, and Barolo (a must go if you are into wine). The house has a great outside area and a great pool. Volleyball in the pool was a success for both the teenagers and the adults. The house was clean and had all we needed……

“It is a lovely flat overall, we liked the space in the bathroom, the dining area and the patio. Bedding needs improvement as 2 have to share one blanket on each bed and the blankets /sheets are made for summer, not for spring, fall or winter when it is chilly outside. As soon as somebody lives in the flat upstairs, it is disturbing as one can hear everything below even if people are not loud when speaking. But you hear moving of chairs etc. like if it happened in your apartment. The managers are……

“Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Sommerurlaub mit unseren 2 Töchtern und deren Freunden nebst Familienhund. Das Haus ist groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten nebst Fluss zur Abkühlung erfreute uns und unseren Hund in schöner Natur. Die Lage ist günstig für viele schöne Ausflüge ans Meer und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Liguriens.”

“Wir haben die Zeit in Andreas Haus genossen. Das Haus hat in jedem Raum Air Condition, die Zimmer sind gross. Auch die Küche ist so gross, dass eine 5 köpfige Familie bequem essen kann. Die nahe Autobahnbrücke hat nicht gestört. Der tägliche Fussweg zum Strand von 10 Minuten ist absolut OK. wir haben es sehr genossen und Andrea hat regelmässig nachgefrag, ob alles gut ist.
