"The charm of this B&B starts when entering the front door. The owner is very friendly and charming. The bedroom was large with an attached bath and the room had plenty of windows. Very clean and the bathroom well supplied with towels and the bedroom with extra pillows and blankets. Breakfast was served with an assortment of fruit and plenty of coffee. It was enjoyable to sit on the front porch and watch the world go by. It is close to Seville Square and downtown Pensacola. "

"The property was viewed as listed. It was clean and orderly. The rooms were spacious and decorated very well. We were located near the venue that we were visiting for the weekend, which was great! "Over all the place was nice and cozy. The water pressure was very weak but ok. TV was very limited channels to watch unless you have a Roku account. Maybe I could have reached out to owner and got a pass but I didn't. Also the dinning room ac would start about 30sec and then would cut off for awhile but never reached out about that either because it wasn't to bad in the place. The bedroom ac worked great. Cute quite little place. Enjoyed our stay. "
