The house was very nice, it was clean except the floors weren’t. Our feet were black, but like that’s not a big issue at all. The only other complaint is that the walk out to the beach with small kids could be tough, bc it’s up hill a good ways and then downhill so we did have difficulties with that. Other than that our stay was great and we would stay here again, forsure! The beach view was gorgeous as well!

Perfect Location for a Quiet Beach Getaway

The location was perfect. The view was perfect. I loved being able to walk to a quiet area on the beach that was not overcrowded, not even a little crowded. The water was beautiful and the waves were calm. Lots of beach time was had. For a tall family 5’9” and up, the toilets and vanities were very low to the ground and I kept hitting my head off the fan pulls in the living area. Bed comfort is also different for everyone, but our family thought the master bed and pillows were hard and too high off the ground. The kids also complained that the beds in the 3-bed room were hard as well. The bed in the orange room, was very comfortable though.

Ok if you don’t mind a few things…

We wish we had known a few things before deciding to book this property. It’s not a bad place to stay, but you should really know this to help you decide if this one is right for you: Pros: Staff is excellent and extremely responsive Very clean Nice renovations done in the kitchen and bathrooms The view of the ocean from the master bedroom is incredible. Cons: The smell is pretty bad. Very, very musty old smell. When we walked in they had a very strong Febreeze plug in going to try to mask the musty smell but that just made it worse. It was like a big febreeze plug in on top of a musty smell. I didn’t know if I was going to be able to stay or not. If you are not sensitive to smells, this might not be a big deal to you. But it was so sad for me. Bed comfort is 7/10. It’s like a Holiday Inn bed. I’ve had much more comfortable beds in other Vrbo. Couch was the same. Not too much comfort. Kitchen knives - barely cut anything. Pans are scratched up in the bottom. Air is not allowed to go below 72. For us, we enjoyed our stay long enough to do some fun things in Fort Walton and then enjoy the beach some, but we ended up leaving 2 nights early because we just decided we would be more comfortable elsewhere. We were so disappointed we left 2 really expensive nights early. It was our choice and not the staff’s fault so we didn’t request a refund or anything. We just let them know we checked out early and they didn’t offer anything. I wish I would have chosen differently.

We have rented this property three times and have enjoyed it each time. The layout is great but proximity to the beach keeps us coming back. The other renters beside us have all been great. Highly recommend.

This property is spot on, if you want to be close to the beach and the water. Very quiet and peaceful!!! I would highly recommend and will definitely come back.

Beach Blessing Holiday

This is a great area of the Emerald Coast. Navarre Beach is special & quiet with families. We enjoy the proximity to the beach and the beach is not over crowded. We’ve enjoyed several of the restaurants close by. Return every year.

Perfect Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Blessing. The house was clean, and the pictures match it exactly. The view was beautiful, and we loved being able to sleep with the balcony doors open to listen to the waves! It was super convenient to just go out over the dune to the beach, and for us and the kids to be able to go back and forth whenever we needed without hauling a lot of stuff a long distance! We’re already looking forward to our next stay!
