「Very good well maintained brand new hotel.We took terrace rooms, had plenty of open terrace space in front of rooms with sofas and dining tables. Small hotel just three floors and terrace but neat and tidy,peaceful. I stayed for 3 days with family.」

「First of all, my reservation itself was not communicated to the Hotel.
An obviously, my early-checkin request was also not communicated to the Hotel. This is purely the service provider's problem and I have been having 2nd such bad experience with your site.
Hotel itself was unclean. Room was extremely small. No WiFi !! Area is bad. Added to that, there was no kitchen in the Hotel and hence no breakfast; so I had to go elsewhere in the Mumbai rain for my breakfast.
