These guests contacted me to make a late reservation. Despite the platform allowing us to book later in the evening, when the guests got there they were unable to check in. This was due to the office being 'closed'. Guests did not stay at the hotel

Fawlty Towers

This hoyel shpuld be called Fawlty Towers. 100 cockroaches on bathroom so you have to leave light on. The pool was not working. Food was expensive and disgusting. Never had change in till when paying. Dont book here even for one night. I stayed here on 3 different visits and its getting worse every time. The only good thing was the staff very helpful and kind. Otherwise avoid avoid avoid. I will never stay there again.

Stayed at this property 10 years ago was hoping to have the same probably better experience! It was horrible! No phones in the room, AC barely worked, mosquitoes the size of bats , 1 staff member was the house keeper maintenance person everything in one! We booked it for three days and ended up leaving after night one. The place was moldy and cats EVERYWHERE ! They need to revamp this place because this is not even a 1 star at this point.

It is barely an all-inclusive. Breakfast and dinner time were too late. The reception desk especially in the morning is unattended. I left my wallet for a second there and was stolen. The cameras did not work. We lost the money and credit cards we had for the rest of my holidays. I returned with a sad memory.

Good for stop overs

We booked the hotel because it was cheap and on the seven miles beach. Our purpose for being in Jamaica was for business so we were out during the days and back late at night. However if we had booked the hotel as a holiday accommodation we would have been very disappointed. The rooms require upgrading as the furniture was old and had missing draws pictures old fashioned. There was not a fridge or kettle in the room. After asking they found a kettle for us with no cups no tea bags. We were told they do not provide fridges in rooms, we would have to rent one if we need one. We had no choice by to rent a fridge due to the hot climate we were in. They provide hand soap, but did not provide a soap dish to put the soap so it melted all over the top of the sink. I asked for a soap dish, I am yet to receive it. Soap was the only thing give i.e. no glasses, places to put tooth brush etc The shower was leaking and the bathroom floor was mainly wet all the time. Most of the towels we received were old. They are not generous with their towels. Overall our stay at the hotel was OK as we were out most of the time and tolerated our discomforts at the hotel. It is a good hotel for a stop over, but for a holiday accommodation this would not be my first choice

Terrible Terrible Place. Don't go. Don't believe positive reviews-fake reviews. Front desk-terrible and no professional service. No help with luggage. Rooms terrible. No refrigerators. If you need it-pay extra. No blankets in rooms. Not enough towels. No beach towels. Food is terrible and never on-time. The breakfast, lunch and dinner can be delayed for up to 2 hours. never on time. Food is terrible and very limited and same every day as in prison. Soup is as water and not every day. Daily cabbage salat, chicken and rice. Coffee is never hot or never available. Bar is not bar at all. There is nothing drinkable in the bar. Just empty or terrible quality. Stuff not responsible and not helpful. And rude. No WIFI. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

The most terrible vacation EVER. Don't believe pictures. Don't believe good reviews-they are fake. Don't believe anything this place put in the advertisement. NOTHING is there. Food is terrible and extremely limited. YOU CAN CALL IT NO FOOD PLACE. IT IS NOT ALL INCLUSIVE. It is absences of anything and everything. No liquors in bar. 3 bottles of terrible rums that you can't drink. No wine. 1 bottle of red and 1 bottle of white wine barman have to go and buy in local store daily. No even coffee or hot water for tea. So called coffee is brown water and warm water. No service. No refrigerators in rooms. No blankets. No bedding changes. No towels in rooms and no beach towels. THERE IS NOTHING IN THIS OWFULL PLACE. The stuff is not helpful. If you ask for anything they say: go complain to the boss. And there is no any boss. There is no even front desk that is trained to help you or even check you in in correct way. This is just fantastically terrible place. You name any bad thing and you have it there. Even for money you can't get what you need. You need to take taxi to local supermarket to buy decent food. You need refrigerator in the room you have to pay for it extra. You pay just for terrible room, terrible service that is no service, terrible food. Food is same every day: salat, chicken/beef and rise. There is no working WIFI also. It is there but signal is of not working quality. The workers just have fun of guests and monitor your suffering.

The property needs a remodel. We paid for an oceanview room, but didn't get. No shower head, no garbage pail, no refridgerator. The tap beer was $6, the most expensive on the beach. Other nicer places were $4 and $5. I would not recommend this resort.

For the location and the price, it had everything I needed. It was clean, the staff really looked out for us, the room was nice, had everything I needed, including an ocean view from the lovely balcony, and a hot shower, though some other guests said they weren’t getting any. We didn’t get all inclusive, but the meals I ate were delicious. The beach was amazing, of course, and there are a ton of great places to eat, drink and be merry all around. We didn’t stay long enough to try them all. I loved my stay, and if I’m back in Negril, I know I’ll be having a Fun Holiday. Ask for room A106
