Wonderful stay! Great staff. Friendly service. Great pool. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Secure and quiet location. Breakfast included. An oasis in the heart of Negril Westmoreland. I would definitely stay again.

Best stay I have had in Negril

This was an amazing stay ! Staff was wonderful and friendly. Owner Chris was so kind great guy was able to help me exchange. Housekeeping did a wonderful job! And the man who works there Tj was the biggest help . I would definitely recommend for families or solo travel . Nice pool and a playground for the kiddos. Chris wife makes beautiful hammocks you fall right asleep in. They have shuttles to the beach daily. But the west end is wonderful and right next to ricks cafe!

Lady that checked us in was very friendly and process straightforward. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Both rooms were supposed to have safes. One had no safe and the safe in the other room wasn't useable. Owner advised we could place monies, passports etc. in the lockable filing cabinet in the office. He said only him and his wife had access to this, which was incorrect, as when we needed monies and he and his wife were out, details for key location was given to a staff member. On another occasion, another member of staff knew exactly where the key was located. So not as secure as advised. Aircon system was quiet. Wifi good. Breakfast was good but more so in the American style – Cornmeal porridge was available and very tasty.

I’m sure this was a lovely property, but due to the economy and most likely the pandemic it is run down. It has potential to be beautiful, it just needs some money and love. The staff are great and sweet.

You won't be comfortable here. This is crawling with biting ants and endless mosquitoes in the rooms. Customer care service and even common courtesy is hard to come by here. The manager does not try to hide anything. Stay away if you want peace & comfort.

This property is located in a side street riddled with potholes off the main road. It is surrounded by trees with walking paths to each building where rooms are located. Some paths are inaccessible due to heavy silt/mud. The rooms are kept clean but is not impressive. The pictures online apparently reflect a better version of this place in times gone by.The wardrobe is in disrepair old and musty,could not unpack clothing. The kitchenette is bare with just an old mini fridge. There are no utensils or cups/plates. Could not reheat food purchased outside the premises as there is no microwave in the room or even a kettle. Travelled with infants and getting hot water for their tea was an inconvenience of having to leave rooms and head to the open dining area downstairs to use the restaurant’s kettle. The baths leaked, there were ants,roaches and lizards frequenting the rooms.We couldn’t watch tv or use internet based apps as the WiFi was weak.There is a pool table upstairs of the main dining area however that space is not maintained as it was dusty with old broken chairs and it looks more like storage. At one end of the property there is a trampoline and a small area with swings and a little slide for kids but that too is not quite operational. On a more positive note, the complimentary breakfast was excellent. The restaurant’s food was delicious. The pool was kept clean and house keeping came around everyday asking if we needed cleaning. Rick’s Cafe is close by 2-3mins drive.
