“Most comfortable vbro yet! Stayed with my two kids and really appreciate the oversized recliners, huge TV, board games and the attention to small details (couch blanket, tissue boxes, laundry baskets, etc.). Beds were very comfortable with ample outlets for charging. Kitchen was stocked with snacks, hot chocolate and coffee. Ben was prompt with his communication and very accommodating. Great location, short walk to the river, downtown and visitor center. Could see the northern lights from the……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The outside setting was beautiful, the kitchen cabinets and bathroom cupboards were well stocked, and there was a grocery store maybe a mile or two away. The wifi worked well, and we were grateful for the dishwasher as well as the washer and dryer to clean some laundry. Beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space to spread out and be social in different rooms.”

The property is conveniently located to Denali National Park, about 15 minutes away. The house has amazing views of the mountains, so beautiful! And we were visited by a Mama Moose and Baby! “The home is beautiful, clean, spacious! The bedroom layout was perfect! The host was kind and very generous with his time to come over and help with the front door lock as the temperature outside made a glitch to open upon arrival. Having a heated garage was such a blessing !! Not sure if host made the “welcome” basket with snacks and ramen and that was such an added surprise! PERFECT PERFECT! My BEST experience with a VRBO! “We were a group of 10 adults visiting from 6 states. The house was fully stocked. The owners, Kate and Paul, were wonderful. They were very attentive to our needs, both small and large. The kitchen was small, but we were ok with it. The natural light in the upstair bedrooms and sun porch was pleasant. The beds were comfortable.”

“This was a wonderful place, 10 miles from the park, with a nice deck and an awesome view of the mountains. At first, we were a little unsure about the “studio apartment” layout but it is a large, bright, airy space and quite comfortable. They provide nice amenities such as coffee , kitchen staples and a good sized washer and dryer. We even baked our own bread! In all, a great place for a couple or small family; we enjoyed our stay immensely and would book again without reservation.”

“This little purple house was exactly what our family needed for our 12 day stay! Communication with Tera and Bobby was excellent. The bed and her couch bed were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and the best was the couple cold bottles of water and a little bin with a couple snacks. This worked perfect to tide us over until we were able to go get groceries!! It was very clean, had multiple outlets, fast WiFi, plenty of hot water and it was just a fabulous stay.……

“The cabin has everything we were looking for. Close to Denali and off the beaten path. Owner had put in new driveway that takes you right to front door so that was very convenient. Cabin very spacious and open. The wrap around deck was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.”

“This property was perfect and close enough location to the airport and spot on with the rental description! It was clean, well stocked, and easy to find! Great location for short daily trips to Chena Hot Springs, Santa Claus House, downtown Fairbanks, Paws for Adventure, and Chena Lakes. What a perfect view to catch the Aurora Borealis by the front view of the house!! The house is exactly like we expected, clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Quick response and great communication by the owner……

“We loved having a secure garage to pull into with our SUV. It was a tiny bit snug- single doors, and we just fit into the side with the washer/dryer, but it fit our needs perfectly. The space had every amenity we could think of/ask for. Very cozy, secure, quiet place to rest. We'll book again!”

“What an awesome place to stay. First time in Alaska and would have to rate this place high first for the cabin and secondly for its location. The cabin was well maintained and very comfortable. We were close to the Denali main gate without all the riff raff that comes with an attraction. Needed some supplies and contacted Jeff the manager via cell phone and he responded within minutes to help us with what we needed. All in all a fabulous experience!”

“While the surrounding properties were typical in Fairbanks, the accommodations at North Star were great. The owners were attentive, reaching out throughout my stay, to make sure all was well. The rooms were clean, comfortable and tastefully designed. The king size bed was so welcoming and comfortable as well…I would book this bnb again, simply for the great night’s sleep. TY North Star😊”
