No coffee machine in the office nor in the room, so visit Dave at Ma's across the street for a good cup of coffee and a hearty breakfast. A little further down is a 7-11. Avoid Boathouse401 at all costs. They call cops at the drop of a hat. "

"A lovely modern hotel with clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. A short walk from the boardwalk and bars and restaurants but just set back far enoughso that it is in a quiet location. Would definitely book there again if I return to Asbury Park."

"Towels were more like rags, same for the blankets. There was no streaming services so we watched old old shows on cable TV. Staff was nice and friendly. Would not recommend."
