"The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. Although the property is older the fireplace and sitting area are well maintained and relaxing. The hot, free breakfast is decent as well. "

"Convenient place to stay when going to NYC. While I wasn't there long, the place was clean, comfortable, and the room was spacious. Breakfast options could have been a bit more extensive. "

"I did not use the gym but last time there it seemed pretty nice. The business center is severly lacking but with todays use of laptops and tablets I can see why. But I wanted to print out a boarding pass for my upcoming flight and coudn't."

"The room service ordering was not user friendly. I had to call the front desk twice to figure out. Had to click on the food picture - that was not clear. And the person at the front desk seemed to be annoyed with me which made even more frustrating."
