Beverages only available in reception area and consist of tea bags and instant coffee, with water from a thermos flask! Decor is tired, carpets stained, windows can’t be opened, air con not working ( control not fixed properly to the wall), light switch in upper hall of the coach house not working, resulting in light needing to be left on all night. 「I had a reservation for 2 queen beds and only had 1 bed. They couldn’t change it, or even let me get another room. Said the only reservations were online even though I was in the lobby with my family …and we had to have our teenager sleep with us. Also communication was poor about the valet. Nice facility but unorganized and not helpful for the price. We didn’t let it ruin our trip, but it was disappointing.」
