“We absolutely loved this location. It was beautiful and fully stocked, except when we went to put together the puzzle of the house and several pieces were missing...lol. We also could have used more trash bags but other than that perfection.”

“Nice location, close to the beach and the access to the pool was a bonus. The pool was shared, but it was only shared with a few other places and was very quiet the entire time we were there.”

“We had a wonderful time as usual. Love the new golf carts that help you get to the dock and the drivers who are so helpful. We will be back again.”

“This condo was in a great location and a perfect time away for me and my daughter before she goes back to college.”

“After 51 at the same vacation spot, we decided to try out this property. It did NOT disappoint! With elderly parents, parents in their mid-fifties, late teens and younger kids, there was something for everyone. Seamless communication began at the time of booking, and response for questions was within minutes. Before arrival, very clear check-in instructions were provided. Elevator provided ease for bringing up people with accessibility needs and belongings/food as well. Well-stocked kitchen……

“As listed property close to lots of attractions, had a fun time with all the local attractions”

“Very convenient to downtown Wilmington and a great place to stay on the river! Perfect for watching fireworks!”

“Property was spotless and the crew managing the business were extremely helpful. Spacious and inviting unit. Wondered if it would be helpful to have an awning of some kind to block rain from the furniture outside. Well after the rain, it was still a bit wet to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Peaceful, but units are close and it did not appear to be fully booked. As units are added, it will become a busy village with less open water view. Truly enjoyed our visit.”

“Great spot close to the beach and host were very good at communicating!”

“We loved the details about the rental. The QR codes we could scan were very helpful. ”

“We had a wonderful time the place was amazing well supplied with everything highly recommend”

“Didn’t feel clean, the washer and dryer didn’t work and the washing machine wasn’t replaced until our last day there and we stayed for 10 days. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it also. The washer was full of bed sheets that were soaked. We had to clean out the outside dryer vent it was full of lint. We got offered no compensation for our troubles. Worse vacation we’ve ever had. Only positive was it was a couple minutes walk to the beach.”

“Not only is this place absolutely beautiful, it was meticulously clean!! The host was wonderful to work with and very friendly! Also, the staff at The Cove were amazing! It truly was a pleasurable and very relaxing little vacay!! Beautiful views and good restaurants near too! Thanks so much!!! We will return!”

“Amazing place, quiet, relaxing, and peaceful”

“I thought the houseboat was terrific. Very well appointed, clean and well-designed. The admin staff was very responsive and helpful. I am disappointed though that they charged me 50 for an early check that was only two hours prior to the regular check in time. This is the “off-season” and there was no need for them to schedule any quick turn around with their cleaning service to accommodate my request. A bit of a money grab if you ask me. All in all, a super fun place to host a party and an……

“This place was very very nice. Clean, modern, spacious and overall great. Had beach toys, chairs etc. Plenty of rooms and a great kitchen. Big family area and about 4 minute walk to the hamlet beach access. All for 299 a day. Awesome.”
