“We had a great stay. Check in and communication was easy. Due to storm damage, our original booked cottage was not available and Deb offered us a different (much larger) home without added cost. We greatly appreciated it so we didn't have to cancel our vacation. The home was very clean and had everything we needed and then some. The area is beautiful and the beach was very clean. You cannot beat the views from the home. We look forward to staying here again!”

“Popham Beach is amazing! As a busy professional, I have needed some time to relax and recharge. Although the weather wasn’t as cooperative as I hoped, being rather cold and windy the first days and rainy on the third, it meant I had the beach basically to myself each day when I ventured out. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen and it worked well for us -- good sharp knives was a plus. I pay attention to the details.The home had a three night minimum.The fee for the host was as much as the nightly rate. There for we expected the service to match the rate. Check in for the cottage was 4:00. We had a 4 1/2 hour drive and knew we would be coming in late. However, we did not hear from our host on how to enter the cottage. “We had a wonderful stay. Of all the places I have rented, this house was perfectly stocked with everything our group could want. The attention to detail to the kids toys and games was amazing. My nephew had a blast. The house was clean and welcoming. The washer and dryer were so nice to have. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We loved the porch and the fire table. The location is perfect for us, close to town but still tucked away and relaxing. We will definitely be back.”
