「This was a wonderful place to stay. We especially loved the easy access to the toys so the kids could start playing while we unloaded the car. It was perfect and just what we needed.」

It was all that I expected and wanted and more: two bedrooms with three beds, a comfortable living space, two full bathrooms, kitchen with all the basic necessities, TV in each bedroom and in the living room, a dining table and chairs, an outside porch with table, a big open space, and grill, easy parking and access, quiet, .and access to two pools. 「Everything went smoothly. 」

「When we entered the room, there was a very bad smell of stale air, dust, and dampness. Many areas were dusty, and the kitchen utensils were incredibly dirty—we couldn’t even touch them. The bathroom was old, the water pressure was very low, and the sink was clogged. The bed was uncomfortable, with one side sunken in. The sheets and pillows did not seem to have been washed, and the duvet was thrown inside the closet. We could not spend any time in the room at all and only came back to sleep.」

「Everything in the apartment is exactly as described. Comfortable and well appointed. Modern appliances and a great mattress in the bedroom (which isn’t the case in every rental). And the location is terrific, right across from a pleasant restaurant and an easy couple minute walk to Williams, shops, and other restaurants. 」

The STEEP hill on the way home provided some nice exercise.This property is in a neighborhood that consists almost exclusively of houses that either need a great deal of care or that are currently being renovated.
