"The room was very large and clean. There was a lot of empty space, though. They could fit a couch in there to make it more cozy. Bed was comfy and room had a large modern TV and cable. Noise traveled from outside but not too bad. The door was hard to shut all the way and lock without some effort. The heating unit was very loud but worked well. Wish the towels were larger. A decent value compared to other hotels in the area. "

"there a few empty snack food wrappers under the bed so I guess that area hadn't been cleaned Also the window was not well sealed so the traffic noise was audible in the room-we were facing the road otherwise ok, weird not having anyone there to greet you or onsite "

"The room smelled clean when I walked in and was very clean! I walked around barefoot even (don’t attack me lol) and the bottom of my feet were still clean which says a lot in my opinion. the bed was alright but the sheets and pillows were really comfortable. the area was quiet and is very close by to a lot of places. They were mostly a 5-10 min drive. The staff was very kind and pleasant to talk to! "

"It is a cozy cottage with all of the amenities you will need.We were there to ski Sunapee and it is 20 minutes away on a back road drive. The surrounding area including a running brook along the property looks like it will be wonderful in the spring, summer, and fall. "
