「Room felt neglected- no shower curtain, TV did not work, walls and screen window was shabby - I kinda expected some neglect - this seemed like too much. Then saw the smoke detector cover was missing and lost confidence in it’s safety so left and booked at another location. 」

「Amazing place with great amenities like a game area, outside patio with a nice fire, and snacks/drinks in the room. Easy to get to the slopes too. 」

「The staff was amazing! I forgot my expensive water bottle and they mailed it back to me.」

「Basically this is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed and this is our second time staying there. The rooms are immaculate everything's immaculate which is kind of one of the reasons. Why is because the place is brand spanking new.Chris Viude has some of the best food in the area hands down?. He changed his menu seasonally so now we're getting close to spring so the menu will be changing quite a bit for the spring so we look forward to coming up for that as well too. The prices right now...

「Room was clean. Bed was comfortable but very high. I booked a Deluxe king. The room was so small. Had a dormer as well which made it even smaller. NOT the room i boked. I would not stay in that room again...Also, they refurbished room. But the bathroom toilet was never replaced. It was like sitting on the floor, so low. Why not the toilet, too?」

「Room and bathroom were great; bed / pillows so comfortable; love the robes. Breakfast had just the right amount of variety / selections. Elevator was not working but we were ok with stairs. It had been not working in our December visit either. 」

「Room was clean but you could tell it hasn't been DEEP cleaned in a while. Bed was comfy, breakfast was meh, ok if you cant afford to go out and need to save a few bucks. People living on the property. Walls are super thin and talking in the hallway sounds like they were right in our rooms. I couldnt tell if the full hour long conversation in the hall and constant slamming doors was guests, staff, residence, or what. I'd stay here again but only if nothing else was available. 」

「My husband and I recently stayed at the Rosewood Country Inn. The Inn is impeccable. The decor of the Inn and our room was beautifully decorated. Stan gave us excellent suggestions for dinner and we were lucky to have been staying to enjoy the Sunday Brunch buffet at the Inn. Everything served was absolutely delicious! We will be returning in the near future. 」

「there a few empty snack food wrappers under the bed so I guess that area hadn't been cleaned Also the window was not well sealed so the traffic noise was audible in the room-we were facing the road otherwise ok, weird not having anyone there to greet you or onsite 」

「The two “experienced” ladies who checked us in were the kindest, most knowledgeable staff I have seen in quite awhile. I appreciate they come from a generation that value customer service. 」

「The staff is amazing, very accommodating! We stayed to ski at Tenney and it was a great experience. Affordable clean stay. We will return . If you are looking to ski at Tenney and not spend an arm and a leg on your stay this is the place!」

「The room was freezing when I arrived and it took hours for it to warm up. There was NO coffee with the continental breakfast. The staff was nice. The room was ok albeit unacceptably cold.」
